We have increasingly become disconnected from nature in our everyday lives, but recently there has been a realisation of how important nature is for our inner psyche. We need to re-imagine and redesign where we live and how we interact with each other in our local communities. If we continue to live and work in concrete jungles with no community engagement and no natural green environments, anxiety, stress and depression levels will continue to sky rocket.
